Saxby Has Received The Message

This morning at the Paulding Republicans meeting I attended, Micah Gravley (Chairman for Saxby in Paulding County) challenged those in attendance who voted for Allen Buckley to vote for Saxby in the runoff. He said he understands that voters are frustrated with Saxby. He insists that Chambliss has gotten the message sent by voters on November 4, and is confident that Saxby will be more fiscally conservative moving forward.
After the meeting, I introduced myself to Micah and spoke with him as I was heading out. I told him that if Saxby is recognizing he needs to be fiscally conservative, I want to hear it from him. I told him that when Allen Buckley finishes his pledge to fiscal conservatism, that I’d like to see Saxby sign it.
Micah told me that there are some new commercials coming that will focus on Saxby’s intended commitment to fiscal conservatism. He also said something about Saxby going door-to-door…? I’m not totally sure about what he meant - if Saxby would actually be knocking on my door or if some of his supporters would. He did tell me to come to rallies and try to get Saxby to answer my questions.
Honestly, I’m not ready to vote for him. I need to hear a pretty convincing repentance for the past 6 years and a clear plan for the future before I’m willing to consider casting my vote in his direction.
This week should be interesting though. The Republicans are bringing in the big names to campaign for Saxby, Buckley should have his fiscal conservatism pledge finished, and the mud-slinging TV commercials will bombarding our living rooms 24/7.

There’s not a chance that I will cast a vote for Saxby. Never. His complete lack of political foresight demands that he be sent back to from where he came. Don’t forget, Saxby voted for the socialization of American businesses.
George W. Bush has been the worst President that this country has ever seen. By voting for Saxby, the voter is sending the message that the Bush Administration had it right. They did not and with Saxby’s support, it was made all the easier.
Wake up Georgians! Stop sending socially promoted dolts to Congress. No offense intended, but what on earth makes Georgians select such poor representation? I suspect that it’s the average conservative voter that cannot, will not and never will be able to pry their political needs with their spiritual needs
Remember that it was Saxby and his band of raiders that have looted the middle class to the point that they may never recover. He has worked to institutionalize poverty, keep the poor (read minorities and non-christians).
Lastly, you have a man who works hard to make voting more difficult for all. The last refuge of the neo-conservatives is to deny the right to vote to those who might vote against them. That being said, could you Georgian conservatives get your act together and stop inflicting upon us those who are not prepared to help.
Hey Saxby! Where were you when YOUR Country called for YOUR SERVICE IN VIETNAM. You turned your back on your County then and now Georgia has its chance to TURN ITS BACK ON YOU. One big miserable failure you are Saxby. Go back to Moultrie and stay there.
